About the Opportunity

Our team is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Leasing & Resident Services Associate to join a thriving student housing community near campus. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate or early-career professional looking to build experience in customer service, sales, leasing, hospitality, or property management.

As the first point of contact for prospective residents, parents, and current residents, you'll play an important role in creating a positive community experience while supporting the leasing office and helping drive occupancy goals.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome prospective residents, parents, and visitors to the community
  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and online inquiries
  • Conduct property tours and showcase community amenities
  • Assist prospective residents throughout the application and leasing process
  • Support resident move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals
  • Respond to resident questions and concerns with professionalism and urgency
  • Coordinate service requests with the maintenance team
  • Maintain accurate leasing, resident, and prospect records
  • Assist with resident events, community engagement activities, and marketing initiatives
  • Help maintain a professional, organized, and customer-focused leasing office
