As a Resident Services Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents' well-being, safety, and quality of life within a vibrant senior living community. From responding to residents in need of psychosocial or supportive services to conducting assessments for prospective residents and recommending the most appropriate level of care, you'll be trusted advocate and resource. In this rewarding role, you'll work closely with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to assess concerns, resolve care and safety issues, and help create a supportive environment where residents can thrive.   • Compensation: $61000 - $65000 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus

How you will make an impact

  • Responding to residents in need of psychosocial or supportive services, through direct referral or by the review of incident reports
  • Conducting assessments of potential residents
  • Recommending appropriate levels of residency
  • Assessing and resolving issues regarding residents' care and safety
  • Developing referral networks within the community for available services
  • Educating residents in the importance of Advanced Directives and completion of documents

What you will need

  • Minimum of 3 years of social work experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in senior setting.
  • Knowledge of the geriatric population and dementia is preferred.
