Resident Care Team Member

The Resident Care Team Member is responsible to develop creative solutions to resolve issues and provide an elevated living experience. The colleague will manage and assist in all building apparatuses according to safety, predictive, and pertinent living experience systems, and processes to support the achievement of the property business goals and objectives.

What Will You Do?

  • Schedules, monitors, and performs resident living experience in all communal spaces, interior private resident suites and curb appeal ensuring it meets brand high-quality expectations.
  • Identifies opportunities to enhance sub-par quality areas to provide an elevated living experience. Assists daily in operations of functional technology, high-quality intake of building fluids, communal areas, esthetics of interior suites, exterior esthetics of the building
  • Ensures resident care requests are responded to promptly and professionally.
  • Ensures residential suites meet brand standards in a timely and efficient manner, as well as determining protocol is followed through to completion.
  • Provides excellent customer service to prospective and current residents and promotes a high-quality living experience for all residents.
  • Provides on-call customer service when designated and assists in emergency resident care opportunities, when required.
  • Proactive in building and curb appeal resident care needs to ensure safety and alerts team members of opportunities to improve the building experience.
  • Assists Resident Care Supervisor with scheduling and communicating with solution providers.
  • Assists Resident Care Supervisor with obtaining proposals from solution providers, as well as oversees the tasks of solution providers to completion.
  • Assists with procuring resident care supplies for the property while staying within the financial goals.
  • Accurately prepares and submits property invoices in accordance with established financial goals.
  • Communicates with Resident Care Supervisor regarding the overall resident care function of the property.
  • Participates in company-provided training such as fair-housing, safety, non-discrimination, and harassment prevention.
  • Complies with all company national standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws.

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship in resident care, or an equivalent number of years of education and productive resident care experience.
  • Associate degree in functional technology, or industrial resident care experience a plus.
  • Four or more years of customer service experience; strong in suite care, functional building technology skill.
  • Must be highly motivated and able to work independently

Salary Range:

$24 - $26 per hour
