The Opportunity
As a Residential Aide, you play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Your responsibilities span nursing-related tasks, housekeeping, laundry, and resident activities, all delivered with respect, compassion, and a commitment to maintaining independence and dignity.
You will support residents according to their individual care plans, helping them meet their physical, emotional, and social needs in a homelike setting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily personal care (dressing, undressing, hygiene, bathing)
Administer and monitor medications; manage supplies and complete documentation
• Record vital signs and weights
Perform laundry services (wash, dry, distribute clean laundry, collect dirty items)
Help with mobility and safe transfers
Support the kitchen (serve meals, wash dishes, clean and reset)
Perform light housekeeping (empty trash, clean bathrooms, make and change beds)
• Encourage participation in resident activities
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
Exemplary attendance is essential to your role and team
