Position Summary:
As a Resident Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing personalized care to our residents, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring a warm and engaging environment.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Delivering services outlined in residents' personalized service plans.
  • Observing and reporting resident needs and concerns to the Charge Nurse.
  • Assisting with daily activities such as dressing, grooming, and emotional support.

Qualifications:
