Job description

Trinity Springs, a Cassia community, is hiring Caregivers to join our inclusive team in an Assisted Living and Memory Care settings! Your talents will be valued and supported here. At Trinity Springs, you'll be part of a supportive, mission-driven team that takes pride in making a difference every day for residents and families alike.
As a Caregiver at Trinity Springs, you will provide person-centered care to our residents, supporting them with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as showering/bathing, shampooing of hair and medication administration while promoting dignity, independence and well-being. This position is ideal for someone who truly wants to make a difference in the lives of others. You will be working in our Assisted Living or Memory Care unit.
Positions Type: Full-Time or Part-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule including every other weekend
Available Shifts (Including every other weekend):
Day:
7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Part-Time) Assisted Living
Evenings:
3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Part-Time or Full-Time) Memory Care or Assisted Living
Wage Range:
Assisted Living: $15 - $18.75 /hour depending on experience
Memory Care $15.50 - $19.30 / hour depending on experience
Shift Differential:
Evenings $1.00
Caregiver Responsibilities:
  • Provide residents' services based on service schedules/care plans.
  • Exhibit a caring and compassionate attitude for others.
  • Answer help and pull cords in timely fashion and take appropriate action.
  • Plan and complete duties with minimal direction from supervisor.
  • Assist the resident with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/ bathing, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration.
  • Complete incident reports within scheduled shift.
Caregivers Qualifications:
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible schedule as we work on a 2-week rotation.
  • 1+ year of caregiving (CNA or HHA) experience preferred
  • Assisted Living or Memory Care experience preferred
