You will handle guest inquiries, reservations, and concerns professionally and efficiently. Your role is vital in creating a positive and memorable stay for each guest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome all guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Handle the check-in and check-out process efficiently using FOSSE.
  • Manage room assignments, guest preferences, and special requests      accurately.
  • Handle cash, credit card, and billing transactions in accordance with hotel procedures.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve guest issues, concerns, or complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk and lobby area.
  • Uphold Marriott brand standards and ensure compliance with all Residence Inn service protocols.
  • Perform end-of-day audits and reports if working evening/night shifts.
