• Guest Happiness Guru: Respond to guest room fixes at record speed and sprinkle every interaction with positivity, making their stay unforgettable.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Licensed in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) preferred.
• Valid drivers license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record required (property specific).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised and handle financial information and basic arithmetic.

Ideal for long stays, we offer pet-friendly, oversized suites that are 50% larger than traditional hotel rooms. Every suite includes separate living areas with pullout sofas, flat-screen TVs and free WiFi. With in-suite kitchens fully-equipped with full-sized appliances and cookware, guests will have all the comforts of home.
