Job description

Reset Merchandisers are responsible for executing retail reset projects by working collaboratively in store teams to implement plan-o-grams, place new items, remove discontinued items, and ensure shelves are set to client standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent in-store execution while representing Acosta and our clients with professionalism.

What will you do?  

  • Read, interpret, and implement plan-o-grams for assigned reset projects.
  • Move, adjust, and relocate products as required for each set. 
  • Check product code dates and remove expired or discontinued items. 
  • Stock and place new items and fill plus-outs. 
  • Verify accurate shelf measurements for height, width, and spacing. 
  • Move, remove, or install store fixtures such as racks and shelves. 
  • Ensure all merchandise is properly tagged and displayed. 
  • Perform additional duties as assigned. 


How will you succeed?  

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow plan-o-grams accurately. 
  • Effective verbal communication skills and professional store presence. 
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and interact positively with store personnel. 
  • Comfortable using electronic tools to check schedules, clock in/out, and read daily communications. 
  • Reliability, professionalism, and adherence to dress code requirements. 


Experience and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED required. 
  • 1+ year of grocery or convenience reset merchandising experience preferred. 
  • Reliable transportation required. 


Work Environment and Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods. 
  • Ability to lift 15-40 lbs safely. 
  • Work in cold environments as needed. 
  • Must be able to speak, hear, and have good vision and use of both hands.
