Job description

Position Responsibilities:
  • Execute cold and warm shelf resets in retailers by physically organizing product placements
  • Maintain a safe and unobstructed work environment during reset activities
  • Build relationships to position the company as a category advisor
  • Lead resets as needed which may include collaborating with other companies in the retailers' space
  • Manage the reset schedule to align resources, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth execution with internal teams, retailers and suppliers
  • Support inventory management by ensuring all resources are available for successful reset execution
  • Travel up to 100% daily, i.e., locally and up to 2 hours each way to work locations
  • Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:
  • 1 plus years of related experience
  • Must be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum state legal age requirements
  • Ability to operate a full-size van as applicable
  • Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law
  • Ability to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED)
