Reservations staff often work in hospitality, travel, or related industries and are essential for ensuring a smooth and efficient booking experience for guests or clients.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a reservations agent?

To thrive as a Reservations Agent, you need strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and typically a high school diploma or equivalent.
