Job Summary:

As a Reservation Agent, you will create an Experience of a Lifetime for our guests by providing local expertise and guidance for our shared shuttle buses, private cars, and charter vans using our reservation system. You will be expected to understand our services and products so that you can coordinate & book the guestsโ€™ travel needs.

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr
  • Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
  • Shift Type: Part Time hours available
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
  • Housing Availability: Yes

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones in a polite, professional, andโ€ฏtimely manner
  • Create and update reservations forโ€ฏour Shared Shuttles, Private cars, and Charter Vansโ€ฏ
  • Understand Products and Services so you can effectively provide guests with options that will meet their transportation needs
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude with both guests and coworkers in a high paced and busy atmosphere
  • Interface with internal departments including dispatch, operations, and Group Sales Representatives.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
