What You’ll Do:

As the Dining Room Manager, you will play a key role in creating an elevated and memorable dining experience for our guests. This leadership position oversees the daily operations of the restaurant and dining spaces, ensuring exceptional service standards, attention to detail, and a seamless luxury hospitality experience from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is passionate about guest service, team development, and creating a warm, polished atmosphere that reflects the standards of a luxury hotel environment.

Here are some of the responsibilities you’ll oversee on a daily basis:

  • Lead and supervise all front-of-house dining room operations and service team members.
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the highest levels of hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Interview, hire, train, coach, and schedule dining room associates.
  • Partner closely with Culinary, Events, and Hotel Operations teams to ensure seamless service execution.
  • Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain luxury-level presentation standards throughout the dining room and service areas.
  • Monitor service flow, reservation management, staffing levels, and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with menu knowledge training, wine service standards, and upselling initiatives.
  • Support the development of special dining experiences, promotions, and seasonal offerings that enhance guest engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
Where You’ve Been:

We’re looking for someone with at least 4 years of food & beverage experience, including leadership experience within a luxury hotel, upscale restaurant, or fine dining environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A passion for luxury hospitality and elevated guest experiences.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • The ability to remain calm, polished, and guest-focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing service standards, reservations, and guest recovery situations.
  • Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and upscale dining service standards preferred.
