Xenon Health of New Jersey LLC is seeking an Operations Associate to support our growing healthcare operations. This role involves data analysis, financial modeling, system management, and cybersecurity.


Compensation: $60,000 annually


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct strategic planning, project coordination, and advanced data analysis.
  • Manage and audit financial, system, and cybersecurity data.
  • Generate reports including profit & loss, claims analysis, and revenue cycle tracking.
  • Maintain and secure IT infrastructure (applications, accounts, end points, system access).
  • Support technical projects including payment portals, software platforms, and vendor research.
  • Utilize advanced tools such as Python, SQL, and Power BI for data modeling and analytics.
