As a Senior Analyst, you play a critical role in making that mission real.You won’t just work with data, you’ll translate research into clear, credible insights that healthcare leaders rely on to make better decisions for their organizations and their patients. Along the way, you’ll sharpen your analytical thinking, deepen your industry expertise, and grow into a stronger voice in healthcare insights.


What You’ll Do

  • Create reports, presentations, frameworks, and summaries that translate research inputs into clear, structured, and actionable insights.
  • Draft and refine narratives that connect research findings to key messages, ensuring alignment with direction from Principal Analysts and Group Directors.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify themes, trends, and meaningful takeaways within your assigned market segments.
  • Participate in external conversations, sharing insights, answering questions, and supporting deeper discussions led by Principal Analysts.
  • Partner closely with Principal Analysts to improve your analytical reasoning, writing clarity, and ability to develop compelling narratives.
  • Support Associate Analysts by providing feedback on structure, clarity, and analytical thinking.
  • Apply standardized processes, templates, and quality checks to deliver accurate, polished work.
  • Work with Engagement, shared Insights support teams, and other partners to ensure insights are well-communicated and effectively applied.
  • Engage in provider research calls and ongoing market analysis to deepen your understanding of the healthcare landscape.

The salary range for this role starts at $90,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
