Job Summary:

We’re seeking a proactive and skilled Executive Assistant to support our Medical Director in executing various research and development projects. This individual will help execute research projects from start to finish, manage licensing renewals, assist with new facility setups, handle grant writing, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. A background in vascular or cardiovascular healthcare is a huge plus. Strong computer skills, particularly in creating Microsoft slides, presentations, and other professional documents, are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Medical Director with executing research projects, ensuring they are successfully launched and completed.

  • Manage licensing renewals and new licensing agreements for healthcare facilities.

  • Coordinate meetings and manage communication with universities, ensuring paperwork is completed on time.

  • Help with grant writing, research, and development initiatives.

  • Stay up-to-date on healthcare regulations and licensing requirements.

  • Create Microsoft slides, presentations, and other documents

  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of Healthcare experience, vascular or cardiovascular experience preferred.

  • 3+ years as project manager or executive assistant

  • 2+ years of Research and Development experience preferred

  • Strong research, writing, and grant writing skills.

  • Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).

  • Ability to create professional presentations and documents.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Familiarity with state or federal agencies is a plus
