WHAT YOULL DO

  • Consult with clients to understand project and business objectives, and provide guidance on appropriate design, methodology, and path to project success.
  • Serve as project lead and main client contact on diverse projects for diverse healthcare clients.
  • Achieve organic sales targets for assigned accounts and collaborate with Business Development when needed.
  • Create and present project design and world-class proposals while collaborating with Strategists and Social Scientists.
  • Lead a team of strategists to ensure project execution.
  • Play a central role in all facets of research and consulting projects ensuring project objectives are met.
  • Oversee projects to ensure they stay in scope, on budget, and on time.
  • Manage and serve as a coach for junior staff, including development of project-related skills and identification of advancement opportunities.
  • Play a leading role on internal initiatives that align with career ambitions and company objectives (e.g., knowledge capital development, staff development, innovation, etc.).
  • Play a meaningful role in cultivating BioVids company culture and evolution by participating in organizational initiatives (e.g., committees, innovation, client relationship building).


WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelors degree or work equivalent required, Masters in relevant field preferred.
  • 6+ years primary, custom, healthcare market research industry experience required.
  • Joy in exploring big ideas and applying them to real-world challenges.
  • Penchant for creative problem solving and raising the bar.
  • Strong attention to detail without losing the forest for the trees.
  • Willingness and ability to occasionally travel out-of-state/out-of-country.
