Director of Sales

Looking for a Director of Sales to lead a team of Sales Managers and drive strategic planning and execution to maximize sales and profitability.

This role involves developing and implementing both strategic and tactical sales, prioritizing opportunities to expand market share, and delivering actionable market insights. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing sales in Residential, Commercial and Roof Repairs while identifying customer needs, generating leads, and crafting competitive strategies to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies and maintaining a knowledge base of products.
  • Responsible for delivering practical market insights including development of leads, customer needs and competitive strategies.
  • Driving new business development through innovative strategic and tactical marketing plans.
  • Research new markets and provide accurate data as input for sales plans and product development. Determining product advantages and disadvantages as well as product substitution opportunities.
  • Keeping up to date on industry pricing trends and monitoring competitive pricing in the area.
  • Develop sales quotas and drive sales team to achieve goals and develop a growth culture.
  • Coordinate sales activities with Marketing, Field Operations and Administration teams.
  • Drive excellence by understanding product margins, executing pricing strategies and understanding customer business model and needs.
  • Meet with customers to develop relationships and promote sales.
  • Communicate goals and objectives, apply company policy, staff, train, coach, ensures positive colleague relations and review the performance of your team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience

A bachelor’s degree and 5 or more years of proven growth accomplishment by leading a team of managers and senior individual contributors. Construction Industry is a plus.

Knowledge and Skills
  • Possess in-depth experience in sales, marketing, and customer service management.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Able to plan, direct, and manage towards future goals and objectives.

Compensation Range

$85,000-$105,000

We offer a competitive compensation plan including salary plus commission. A matching 401(k) plan, vacation and holiday pay, emergency time off and an annual bonus based on profitability.
