As a Sr. Process Engineer on our team, you will oversee the sale and execution phases of large projects with customers. This will include a variety of products, even potentially in new markets and applications. Your primary focus will be to sell our customized engineered solutions by coming alongside customers to develop solutions that maximizes value, as well as profitability.

  • Function as a mentee of area SMEs and other Process Engineers, continuing to develop skills and competence while selling & executing large projects within the targeted industries
  • Partner with Business Development and Regional Sales to implement strategies & tactical plans to drive growth in the target markets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry customers to ensure a thorough understanding of their needs and expectations
  • Prepare accurate project estimates & quotes, ensuring accuracy in alignment with customer's budget and performance expectations
  • Develop & deliver presentations to prospective customers, highlighting the value and benefits of our services and solutions
  • Collaborate across the team to develop project concepts, providing strategic/technical guidance and design feedback, empowering the team to handle day to day items to achieve project goals
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable industry standards, regulations and best practices throughout each project phase
  • Engage as a collaborative and positive member of the Engineering team; applying open communication, creativity and continuous learning

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • Eight (8) or more years experience in the food & beverage industry, focused on client relations, high level designs and engineering concepts, sales (preferably sales engineering) and project management
  • Ability (and desire to travel) to ensure the highest levels of service
  • Proven ability to communicate, present, develop strong relationships (internally & externally), problem solve, work in a fast-paced environment, complete analysis and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from concept to completion independently
  • Can demonstrate a strong understanding of target industry trends, regulations and best practices
  • Self-motivated, driven by results, dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction and project success
  • Commitment to teamwork and collaboration, seeking continuous improvement and growth
