Tax Airfreight is expanding it's sales force and actively seeking proven sales professionals to join our team. Key responsibilities of the role include prospect clients and understand their logistics needs, identify and follow through on sales leads, and building and maintaining relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research to expand the company's client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to deliver tailored solutions that foster long-term loyalty
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM and other CRM software to track leads, manage pipelines, analyze data, and generate reports for strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product development, and customer service teams to optimize client engagement strategies.
  • Lead negotiations on deals and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development management or enterprise sales with a strong track record of deal closing and client base expansion.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Cloud, CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and related tools for customer relationship management and strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated ability in prospecting, negotiation, relationship management, and strategic management within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively through various channels.
  • Experience in marketing collaboration and cross-functional teamwork to drive business growth initiatives.
  • Prior LTL sales experience required
