Your Core Mission: Drive the Pipeline
As a Sales Development Associate, you will own the front end of the sales cycle. Your primary focus is identifying opportunities, sparking initial interest, and opening doors.
  • Map the Market: Research and build high-quality prospect lists using LinkedIn, databases, and online resources to find key decision-makers (C-suite, VP, and Director-level executives).
  • High-Volume Outreach: Confidently execute 50โ€“80 outbound calls daily to introduce our clientโ€™s valuable services.
  • Set the Stage: Qualify prospective businesses and schedule strategic first-time meetings for the outside sales executives.
  • Campaign Follow-Up: Act as the bridge between marketing and sales by calling warm leads generated from marketing campaigns.
  • Stay Organized: Track your outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline progression daily within the CRM.
