Network Development Analyst
The Opportunity:

With critical thinking and flexibility, you quickly seek out accurate data sources, sift through the raw data, and turn it into valuable intelligence. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to protect our national security.
As a Network Development Analyst on our team, you'll explore new data sources, create effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources to help your client understand their mission environment. You'll validate the information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for senior policy makers. This is a chance to grow your expertise, develop new skills, and share your met hodologies with other analysts. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you'll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. You'll leverage expertise in all-source analysis techniques, met hodologies, tools, and databases to inform senior policy makers and DoD offi cia ls of military capabilities, political-military issues and military strategies, and the doctrine and intent of the specified client area of responsibility ( AOR ) . You'll use structured met hodologies and techniques appropriate to the topic and apply spe cia lized subject matter expertise to guide efforts. You'll analyze the development of products tailored to clients in tactical to strategic levels, including actionable leads, complex written products, and formal or informal briefings. You Have:
  • Experience with targeting or network development analysis and U.S. government all-source analysis production within the IC or Combatant Command environments
  • Experience using high-side tools, including Palantir, Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer, and VOLTRON
  • Experience working with SIGINT and HUMINT
  • Ability to develop high-quality deliverables, complex written products, and formal or informal briefings tailored to clients from tactical to strategic levels, including actionable leads
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience working with collection managers and crafting requirements, c ond ucting order of battle analysis, or implementing technical solutions for big data problems
  • Experience analyzing issues pertaining to MENA
  • Knowledge of the targeting lifecycle
  • Master's degree in Intelligence Analysis, International Relations, or International Studies
  • Completion of a Target Network Profile Course

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
