What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Research Demography position, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Research Demographer, you need a strong background in statistics, quantitative analysis, and social sciences, usually supported by a degree in demography, sociology, or a related field. Familiarity with statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, R, or Stata and experience in handling large datasets are often essential.
