Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide the best customer service by speaking directly and honestly with our customers and developing a deep understanding of what our community truly wants from our brand.
  • Communicate with our customers to address and answer any inquiries.
  • Identify clients who are in vulnerable situations and help determine what steps we can take to support them.
  • Proactively identify patterns in the frustrations or hopes of our customers, seeing where we can change our processes, products, or tools to make them happier.
  • Work closely with our management team to act as the first line of defense to help detect and investigate trends.
  • Understand, prioritize, and escalate the comments of our customers and requests for functions to the appropriate supervisor. Also, ensure that they are treated fairly and can share their thoughts and concerns.
  • Support other members in the customer service team by being a climbing point for them and advising new members.
  • Make sure that the rest of the company focuses on the customer and concentrates on creating the best customer experience.
