Position: Research & Development (R&D) Engineer – Sporting Goods

Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and innovative R&D Engineer to join our team in the Sporting Goods industry. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of new products, from initial concept through prototyping to final production. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet high-performance standards, safety regulations, and consumer expectations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development & Design: Lead the design and development of new products, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and market needs.
  • Prototyping & Testing: Create and test prototypes, conducting rigorous performance and durability tests. Analyze test results and refine product designs accordingly.
  • Collaboration & Cross-functional Work: Work closely with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of product ideas, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and consumer preferences, incorporating insights into product design and development strategies.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure products comply with industry standards and regulations, working with compliance teams to meet safety certification requirements.

Required Skills:
