The Resales Specialist is the primary revenue driver of our retail boutique. You are a high-energy closer who thrives on metrics, relationship-building, and the fast-paced nature of a retail environment.   • Sales Mastery: Proactively engage with clients on the floor to exceed daily and monthly sales targets through expert-level suggestive selling.

What You Bring To The Role
Minimum Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience working in a metrics-based retail sales environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding individual sales goals and KPIs.
  • A "startup" mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid change, and the fast-paced nature of a growing business.
  • A positive, professional demeanor with the ability to represent a luxury brand with integrity.
  • Self-motivation and the drive to seek out sales opportunities through daily proactive outreach.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage a high volume of client interactions.
  • Mastery of technology: Proficiency (or the ability to quickly become proficient) in Salesforce, Google Suite, and Mac iOS.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that meets business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Receptiveness to feedback and a commitment to continuous professional growth.

The expected hourly rate for this role is $21.00-$25.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
