Summary

We are seeking an experienced Requirements Integration Officer to lead requirements management and support technical IT solutions projects within a mission-critical environment. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in systems engineering, IT development, requirements management, and Agile methodologies. This role requires a proven ability to engage with stakeholders, translate mission needs into actionable system requirements, and ensure alignment across technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a lead engineer for requirements management across IT solutions projects.
  • Conduct requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, verification, and traceability to ensure stakeholder needs are met.
  • Align requirements to Agile sprint planning and support IT development teams throughout the lifecycle.
  • Facilitate requirements discussions, stakeholder interviews, and documentation to capture and refine technical and business needs.
  • Collaborate with systems engineers, software developers, and integrators to ensure requirements support design, development, and deployment objectives.
  • Utilize JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite for requirements tracking, documentation, and collaboration.
  • Support process improvement initiatives for requirements management and IT systems development.
  • Develop and maintain systems documentation, including DoDAF architecture models and views where applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with security, IT systems administration, and software development standards within mission-critical environments.

Qualifications 

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering or related technical field
  • 10+ years of direct experience in requirements management for technical IT solutions projects OR
  • 15+ years of combined experience in requirements management for technical IT solutions projects, System/software development, IT systems administration, cybersecurity compliance  
  • 6+ years of experience in a role such as a Systems Engineer, Software Engineer, Systems Integrator, etc.
  • Experience with Agile requirements management and sprint planning for technical IT development teams 
  • Experience conducting requirements elicitation, analysis, traceability, validation, verification, documentation, and alignment of requirements to Agile sprints for IT systems 
  • Experience facilitating requirements discussion and stakeholder interviews and ensuring documentation, coordination, analysis, traceability, verification, and validation of resulting IT system requirements 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence 

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience using Human Centered Design (HCD) practices to develop user experience and user interface design requirements 
  • Demonstrated domain knowledge of IT Project Management, Systems Engineering Software, Software Engineering, Software Development  
  • Experience designing and documenting information in the DoDAF architecture models and views
  • Agile Methodologies Certification or experience leading Agile sprint planning  
  • Experience supporting technical IT development teams in the IC  
  • Experience with successful execution of process improvement  
  • 10+ years of experience working in the IC   

Salary Range: $175,000 - $250,000

The pay range reflected above is a general guideline for this position and labor category and is not a guarantee of a specific salary or offer. Final compensation is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, certifications, security clearance level, contract requirements, geographic location, and internal pay equity, and may reflect market data specific to the awarded contract.
