The Night Auditor is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay, which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our property’s vision, mission, and core values.
Compensation:$15.50 - $17 hourly
Responsibilities:- Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Handle reservations via phone, email, or in person, including individual and group bookings.
- Process payments, generate invoices, and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.
- Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Perform basic maintenance, housekeeping, or laundry tasks to address immediate guest needs.
Qualifications:- Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
- Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
