Job description

Beztak, a national Real Estate Development, Construction and Property management company, wants you to join our family of talented individuals. We are seeking to hire a Digital Brand amp; Reputation Specialist to join our team, in-person in Farmington Hills, MI.
The Digital Reputation amp; Local Search Specialist role is responsible for strengthening Beztak’s online brand presence by managing and optimizing key reputation platforms and local search systems across a multi‑location portfolio. This position oversees tools that enhance AI‑driven review management, ensure accurate listings, improve customer engagement, and elevate AEO‑focused local search performance. The role requires a detail‑oriented, digitally fluent marketer who excels at system optimization, brand consistency, and leveraging AI to improve the digital customer experience. It is not a graphic design or social media content creation role, but rather a strategic, operational position centered on platform management and continuous optimization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Manage and optimize Beztak’s reputation management platform ecosystem
  • Utilize platform recommendations and analytics to improve online visibility and brand performance
  • Oversee review solicitation and response strategies across property and corporate accounts
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools to craft thoughtful, brand-aligned responses to customer reviews
  • Ensure listings accuracy and optimization across all digital directories and local search platforms
  • Support AEO and local search optimization initiatives
  • Partner with internal teams and external creative partners to oversee visual and branding initiatives
  • Provide quality control and creative oversight on marketing and visualization projects
  • Monitor trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices related to reputation management and digital presence
  • Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle to perform job duties. Must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes.
  • Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations or similar
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and presence, reputation management, or local search optimization
  • Experience with platforms such as Birdeye, Reputation.com, Yext, SOCi, or similar tools strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted marketing and customer engagement tools
  • Strong understanding of:
    • online reputation management
    • local SEO/listings management
    • customer review strategy
    • digital brand consistency
  • Exceptional written communication and editorial judgment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple properties/accounts and prioritize effectively
  • Experience in multifamily, hospitality, franchise, retail, or multi-location marketing environments is a plus
  • Creative eye and ability to oversee visual/branding initiatives without serving as the primary designer
