Summary:
The Brand Reputation Specialist is responsible for monitoring, protecting, and enhancing the company's image across all public channels. This role will report directly to CMO with a dotted line to our Social Media Specialist and will play a crucial part in maintaining brand consistency, analyzing sentiment, and improving customer experience.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and an expert in professional, formal writing. This position must have the ability to execute projects in a fast-paced
environment and the drive to stay alert consistently. Cross-departmental collaboration is required, as this role will support the Marketing Team, Customer Service Team, and site level teams. As Club Car Wash evolves, the Brand Reputation Specialist will act as the eyes and ears of the company to evaluate shortcomings and develop new strategies for success.
As A Brand Reputation Specialist You Will:
  • -Monitor all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X), track online sentiment, and manage account inboxes
  • Engage with outside brand accounts to boost brand awareness and develop brand voice
  • Assist in responding to Google reviews across all locations, monitoring ratings, and analyzing sentiment
  • Oversee third-party platforms for brand reputation management (Birdeye, Sprout, etc.) and manage communication with account contacts
  • Support quality assurance online by being the eyes and ears for the Marketing Team during campaigns and activations
  • Assist in training the Customer Service Team, evaluating submitted review replies, and
    giving critical feedback on formal writing and response strategy
  • Monitor store brand reputation performance across all locations and assist in creating reports for management
