National, award winning steakhouse with a stellar reputation has an Assistant Manager position available. We are looking for people with passion, creativity and skills. We have built our reputation by forming long-term partnerships with people who are incredibly professional, disciplined, focused and want to move their career to new heights. Technical skills are key to our expansion as are the intangibles – reliability, service, self-motivation and an ability to work with a diverse staff. Most importantly, a good attitude comes first. We are seeking a dynamic, polished individual to join our management team. Management experience preferred.

Position: Assistant Manager

Duties Include:

  • Supervise the operations of the restaurant
  • Recruit, train and supervise staff
  • Work closely with marketing and sales team to promote and build business
  • Purchasing and Receiving capability
  • Promote and maintain exemplary guest relations
  • Knowledge of OpenTable and Aloha POS system preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong leadership, motivational, conflict resolution and people skills
  • Serve Safe certification is preferred, but not required
  • Uphold, embody and maintain the Tony’s standard of hospitality and service at all times
