Our Client's Capital Markets department is seeking an associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in representing banks and financial institutions in matters relating to master repurchase agreements, whole loan trades and other secured lending transactions. The ideal candidate will have sophisticated law firm experience in warehouse lending transactions backed by commercial and residential real estate loans and in structured repurchase transactions. Experience in CRE CLO, CLO, CMBS, SFR, MSR, Whole Loan Trades and other ABL finance experience is a plus. The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $235,000 to $390,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, and, if applicable, the location from which the applicant will be performing the job.
