Job description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Receive, log, and file design/construction documents.
• Data entry into document management database (BIM-360, SharePoint, eBuilder).
• Issue project transmittals, submittals and keep transmittal record database.
• Conduct a periodic audit to ensure consistency and accuracy of project records as per project and contractual
requirements.
• Manage and complete reproduction requests whether in-house or outsourced.
• Assist the Document Control Manager in the management of submittals, documents, as -builts, drawing
design packages, DCNs, FCRs, and RFIs.
• Oversee and support the US PDDM staff's day-to-day task assignments, training, provide guidance, and
general supervision in correlation with the project PDDM Lead.
• Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Strong attention to detail.
• Energetic and flexible to take on tasks in the document control department as required.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work tasks.
• Ability to generally supervise document control staff.
• Ability to work within a team environment or autonomously as required.
• Awareness of information security and absolute requirements to confidentially requirements with sensitive
information.
• Physically capable to manipulate large packages of documents, drawing sticks, and binders.
• Experience in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Access) and electronic data
management systems (such as BIM-360, SharePoint, and eBuilder). Quick and accurate data entry is
needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous experience with construction design build documentation in infrastructure project environment is
an asset.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of industry-related experience is required
