Physician - Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI)

Job Summary

A growing outpatient reproductive medicine practice in Rochester Hills, Michigan is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI) Physician to join a collaborative and patient-focused fertility program. The provider will deliver comprehensive infertility and reproductive endocrine care while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary reproductive medicine team in a high-volume clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive outpatient reproductive endocrinology and infertility care

  • Evaluate and manage infertility and reproductive endocrine disorders

  • Develop individualized fertility treatment plans and diagnostic evaluations

  • Participate in fertility procedures and reproductive treatment protocols including IVF and IUI programs

  • Collaborate closely with physicians, embryology staff, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals

  • Participate in weekend rotation and shared call coverage

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with quality standards

  • Support patient-centered care within an integrated reproductive medicine practice

Schedule
  • Primarily daytime outpatient clinic schedule

  • Variable shifts based on patient and clinic demand

  • Rotational weekend coverage required

  • Shared call responsibilities

Qualifications
  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (ABOG)

  • Completion of ACGME-accredited REI Fellowship required

  • Eligible for Michigan medical licensure

  • Active DEA and BLS certification required

  • Clean malpractice and licensing history required

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient counseling skills

  • Ability to work within a collaborative fertility and reproductive medicine team
