What You’ll Do:Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
Deliver preventive care, screenings, and health education
Perform minor procedures and manage follow-up care
Refer patients to specialty care when needed
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team

What We’re Looking For:MD or DO, Board Certified in Family Medicine
Active Virginia medical license (or ability to obtain)
Experience beyond residency preferredCommitment to serving diverse and underserved populations
Bonus Experience (Nice to Have)
Reproductive health, HIV/infectious disease, or urgent care/ED background
Experience working with underserved or vulnerable populations
Bilingual (English/Spanish) ((not required))
