Job description

CARE Reproductive Health LLC is an Advanced Family Planning and Reproductive Health practice located in Chevy Chase, MD. We are a growing, dynamic group of individuals who strive to provide the highest level of care for our patients. We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team!

Responsibilities:
·Greet and welcome visitors and clients to the clinic
·Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate person
·Schedule appointments
·Check patient scheduling on the EHR system
·Scan and distribute documents into patient record upon appointment
·Maintain office inventory and supplies
·Provide administrative support to doctors and staff as needed
·Maintain office security by following all procedures for keeping confidential information protected, such as handling mail, handling packages, handling packages from outside vendors, and handling vendors’ packages (e.g., UPS, FedEx)
·Answer basic questions about reproductive health or distribute calls to appropriate team members
·Provide brief descriptions of procedures offered in the clinic

Qualifications:
·High School Diploma or equivalent required
·Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) with basic computer skills
·Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Spanish speakers are a plus!

Must have 2 years front desk experience in a medical office
