Overview

A reputable general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) to lead a luxury residential project in Fort Myers. This role is ideal for a strong construction professional who can oversee project execution from preconstruction through completion while coordinating closely with the field team, subcontractors, clients, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day project management activities across the project office and field
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, contracts, and overall project controls
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project progress
  • Review scopes, bids, subcontractor proposals, and cost documentation to support project buyout and financial performance
  • Track project milestones, long-lead materials, inspections, permits, and critical path activities
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with owners, consultants, and project stakeholders
  • Oversee quality control, punch list, closeout, O&M documentation, warranties, and final turnover
  • Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions to keep the project on schedule and within budget
  • Support and mentor project engineers, APMs, and other project team members
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with a reputable GC/CM
  • Experience managing luxury residential, multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, condo, or commercial vertical construction projects
  • Strong understanding of project schedules, budgets, contracts, procurement, and construction processes
  • Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Excel, and construction document-control systems
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
