Reproduction Managers often encounter challenges such as managing the timing of breeding cycles, ensuring animal health, and maintaining accurate records. Balancing the genetic diversity and productivity goals while coordinating with veterinarians, animal caretakers, and data technicians can be complex. Effective communication, up-to-date reproductive technologies, and robust record-keeping systems are key strategies to address these challenges. Regular training and collaboration with team members further enhance the success of breeding programs.
