POSITION:
The Sales Representative is an active sales role focused on driving new membership growth by building relationships, creating a positive experience, and confidently guiding prospects to a sale. This position also supports member retention through high-level customer service. Compensation is partially performance-based and tied directly to sales results Boutique fitness experience is a plus, but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Drive membership sales through lead generation, follow-up, and closing the sale
  • Confidently close membership sales while meeting sales goals
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by building relationships with clients and prospective clients, prioritizing their needs
  • Maintain a polished and professional studio environment, including keeping the lobby, retail area, and restrooms clean and tidy
  • Support brand presence throughout the year with lead generation drives and special events (pop-up classes, health fairs, etc.)
  • Attend and complete all relevant training programs and commit to growing with your role as a sales associate
  • Take pictures for social media platforms
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
  • Warm, welcoming, and engaging personality
  • General computer knowledge and the ability to learn new software
  • Self-motivated and takes the initiative
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Flexible schedule with evening/weekend work required (evening shift begins at 3:30 PM)
