Our Sandy Springs-based law firm is looking for that special attorney to handle cases from start to finish throughout the metro-Atlanta area, including Fulton, Gwinnett, DeKalb, and Cobb Counties, as well as the occasional matter outside the "big 4". These cases range from low-dollar Magistrate Court matters to big-ticket State, Superior, and Federal Court cases.

This is a full-time position, which means, for us, in the range of 25-35 billable hours per week in addition to administrative time. The Litigation Attorney position, after a training period, will be to assume a "first chair" or "lead attorney" type role.
