Job description

The Repossession Agent is responsible for locating and recovering vehicles and other collateral in accordance with state laws, company policies, and client requirements. The ideal candidate is observant, professional, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Locate and recover assigned vehicles and collateral
  • Maintain accurate records of recovery activities
  • Complete required documentation and condition reports
  • Communicate professionally with clients, customers, and team members
  • Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and company procedures
  • Utilize skip-tracing tools and technology when necessary
  • Ensure recovered assets are transported and secured properly


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
