Description:

S.C.A.R., Inc. is a repossession company that has been in the industry for 17 years. We believe our success is built on the foundation of loyalty, honesty, employee wellbeing, and client satisfaction. We are team-oriented and goal-driven. We believe in promoting from within when applicable and we operate in multiple markets throughout Texas, so a change of location may also be available. The typical workweek is five consecutive days, starting Sunday, from 4 PM until 4 AM with a 1-hour lunch break at 9 PM. We have assigned, well maintained, late model take-home trucks.


Repossession agents are asked to;

  • Follow company policy and procedures
  • Provide detailed updates on account activities
  • Complete detailed recovery and condition reports
  • Keep a clean & well-conditioned company vehicle

Compensation:

Repossession agents earn an average of $62,000.00 annually, with some earning $15k to $30k more. We offer base hourly pay, commission, performance bonuses, employer-sponsored health insurance and retirement benefits.

Requirements:

The applicant must:

โ€ข be at least 25 years of age and possess a valid Texas driver's license.

โ€ข possess a valid TDLR Tow Operator License.

โ€ข be able to pass pre-employment and unannounced drug screens throughout employment.

โ€ข not have more than 1 moving violation within the last 3 years.

โ€ข not have any felony convictions within the past 7 years.

โ€ข meet work schedule expectations.

The applicant should:

โ€ข be experienced with basic computer and typing skills.

โ€ข have at least 1-year wheel-lift wrecker experience.

โ€ข be comfortable with driving extended hours.

โ€ข be comfortable working evenings and nights.
