As a Repossession Agent, you will play a critical role in recovering vehicles and other collateral efficiently and safely, using advanced tools and working alongside experienced field and support teams to ensure every recovery is handled with expertise and respect.
Position Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Tow Truck Driver to join our professional vehicle recovery team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for locating and recovering a wide range of collateral, including cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, ATVs, and RVs, throughout Cincinnati and surrounding areas. Successful candidates will have strong technology and computer skills, the ability to navigate and work efficiently within the Cincinnati region, and a commitment to safe, responsible, and professional driving practices.
This position is ideal for individuals who are self-driven, energetic, and performance-oriented. Our top agents are confident communicators who can interact respectfully with members of the public while calmly explaining Ohio self-help repossession laws when necessary. The ability to remain professional and non-confrontational in all situations is essential.

  • Required: Minimum of one year of experience operating a tow truck and/or performing repossessions.
  • Must have: Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Age Requirement: 23 years of older (insurance requirement).
  • Background Check: Must pass an FBI background check and pre-employment drug screening
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Salary Description
$75,000-95,000
