Job description

Overview
Busy repossession company needs more help! Do you know cars? Enjoy working by yourself as part of a bigger team? Interested in growing with the company? We are seeking a skilled and reliable Driver to assist with spotting vehicles near our facility. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our repossession company. 
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various driving disciplines, including the ability to scan to meet production quotas and/or locate specific vehicle.  Candidate must be self starter, demonstrate excellent communication skills. 
Being on time and here daily is a must.
Hours: Sunday-Thursday 8pm-4:30am
Responsibilities
  • Safely maneuver vehicles within the yard and designated areas.
  • Spot vehicles for repossession
  • Maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure safety while operating vehicles.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle movements.
  • Perform routine inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while performing duties.
Requirements
  • Must be a minimum 22 years old for insurance purposes
  • Valid driver's license required. Able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Previous experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, or similar roles is a plus.
  • Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance checks on vehicles.
  • Ability to be on time for work daily.
  • Strong work ethic to advance in the company.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean work vehicle.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
