What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Groundwork: Direct and manage an on-site crew while operating equipment efficiently to deliver top-notch plumbing solutions.
  • Operate Heavy Machinery: Utilize skid steers, backhoes, and excavators safely for residential and commercial excavation.
  • Deliver Excellence: Ensure every job is completed with an absolute focus on safety, compliance, and high-quality results.
  • Solve Problems: Partner with your team to navigate on-site challenges and deliver the best outcomes for our customers' exterior plumbing needs.
Job Requirements

To be considered for this leadership role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • License Requirement: Must possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A (Strictly Required).
  • Experience: Proven excavation experience is required, specifically and skillfully operating skid steers and backhoes.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of exterior plumbing systems and processes.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional teamwork abilities with a proven track record of leading a crew on-site.
  • Durability: Ability to work effectively and maintain a great attitude in all weather conditions.
  • Mindset: A goal-oriented, professional operator who takes pride in efficiency and safety.
