Hourly Pay + Uncapped Bonuses | Company Vehicle Use | Customer Service Role

RNR Tire Express is hiring a Field Collections Specialist to help customers stay on track with their agreements while protecting company merchandise. This role combines customer service, account collections, and field work, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being both in the office and on the road.

This position plays a key role in account recovery, payment collections, and merchandise retrieval while maintaining respectful, professional customer interactions.

Compensation

Average total compensation: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• One weekday off each week
• Sundays off

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding past-due accounts and expired agreements
• Work with customers to collect payments and renew agreements
• Perform field collections by visiting customer homes or workplaces
• Deliver door hangers and account notices when contact attempts are unsuccessful
Retrieve company merchandise when accounts cannot be resolved
• Maintain professional communication while resolving account issues
• Document customer conversations, payment commitments, and account updates
• Support store leadership with account recovery and collections efforts

What We're Looking For

• Customer service or collections experience preferred
• Comfortable discussing past-due balances and payment solutions
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently in the field
