Job Description
You will be the Finance Analyst for the Rotary Wing Sensors (RWS) Sustainment team. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional financial analysis to support Program Management through managing multiple contracts and ensuring programs meet their financial, schedule, and contractual requirements.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Finance Analyst you will be responsible for managing contracts through cost-management efforts, establishing program cost baselines, supporting Estimate at Complete analyses, and providing clear financial insight to drive program success.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Create, maintain, and track program budgets for accurate financial reporting and funding analysis.
  • Coordinate quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) process for Corporate Contract Status Reporting, forecasting Orders, Sales, Profit and Cash.
  • Manage contracts through cost-management, processing invoices, addressing financial issues, monitoring expenditures, and supporting ad-hoc reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including Program Management, Business Operations, and Finance-to drive business outcomes.
  • Analyze performance using Earned Value Management System to highlight cost and schedule performance, Variance at Complete and Estimate at Complete data.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related degree
• Understanding of negotiating functional budgets and analyzing performance variances
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment
• Demonstrates analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to stakeholders
• Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Adapt to change and digital transformation
Desired skills
• Knowledge of quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) process to include program Risks & Opportunities and experience with Contract Status Reporting (CSR)
• Experience with financial tools including SAP, MFC Electronic Financial Systems (EFS), MFC Electronic Contracting Environment (ECE), MFC Billings and Oracle LM Financials
• Awareness of 1LMX initiatives to include COBRA & Oracle
• Knowledge of Direct Contracts: Fixed Price (FP) and Cost Plus (CP) contracts
• Displays exceptional organization, communication and presentation skills
• Self-starter with motivation to perform with excellence
• Awareness of Earned Value Management System policies and procedures and associated metrics (EV Lite)

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $60,600 - $106,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $69,700 - $120,750. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
