We are actively seeking a Data Reporting Developer to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!
This role's primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions, dashboards, automated reporting that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires knowledge in Power BI, or similar reporting tool, to improve reporting efficiency and business insights.
As our Data Reporting Developer, you'll make an impact by:
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
  • Building and optimizing data models, datasets, and reporting solutions to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborating with business teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions.
  • Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms.
  • Creating automated reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve reporting efficiency.
  • Documenting reporting processes, data definitions, and technical specifications.
  • Providing training and support to end users on reporting tools and dashboard utilization.
What you need to succeed:
  • Effectively communicate in English, in both verbal and written forms
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience developing business intelligence and reporting solutions.
  • Proficiency with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard design).
  • Experience integrating data from ERP, CRM, data warehouse, or cloud systems.
  • Experience with SQL and relational database management systems preferred.
  • Experience developing AI-powered reporting and business intelligence solutions preferred.
