Location: Plano, TX (Onsite)
Job Description & Skill Requirement:
Sr. Report Developers with strong experience across Tableau, Power BI, and Amazon QuickSight to support enterprise reporting, dashboarding, and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep BI development expertise, excellent data modeling skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and QuickSight.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions and data visualizations.
  • Perform data modeling, dataset preparation, DAX/LOD expressions, and dashboard performance tuning.
  • Work collaboratively with business teams to understand KPIs, metrics, and reporting needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and visualization best practices.
  • Automate and streamline reporting workflows where possible.
  • Troubleshoot BI platform issues and support deployment across environments.

Required Skills
  • 6-10+ years of BI development experience.
  • Strong hands-on skills in Tableau, Power BI, and Amazon QuickSight.
  • Expertise with SQL, data modeling, joins, and dataset design.
