Represent a Brand Customers Know.We are looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to take ownership of our Bobcat equipment territory throughout Bucks County, PA.This is an opportunity for a relationship-driven salesperson who enjoys being in the field, meeting customers, developing new business, and finding equipment solutions that help contractors and businesses get more done.You'll represent Bobcat's recognized lineup of construction and grounds maintenance equipment, backed by an established dealership with dedicated rental, parts, and service teams. You'll have the products, resources, and support to build a successful territory - but you'll be the one driving the relationships and growing the business.If you're an equipment salesperson, rental salesperson, contractor, or experienced outside sales professional who knows how to prospect, build relationships, and close business, we'd like to talk with you.What You'll Do:Own and Develop an assigned Bucks County territory, building a strong book of business and consistently growing market share.Prospect for new customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, jobsite visits, industry events, and other business development activities.Build long-term relationships with contractors, landscapes, municipalities, agricultural operations, industrial businesses, and other equipment users.Conduct customer and jobsite visits to understand applications, challenges, and equipment needs.Recommend the right combination of Bobcat equipment, attachments, rentals, and support solutions based on each customer's operation.Demonstrate equipment and explain features, capabilities, and productivity benefits.Develop both equipment sales and rental opportunities, using the rental fleet as a powerful way to introduce customers to equipment and identify future sales opportunities.Manage the complete sales process from prospecting and quoting through negotiation, closing, and customer follow-up.Maintain consistent contact with existing customers to identify replacement, expansion, and additional equipment opportunities.Partner with our service, parts, rental, and administrative teams to provide customers with an exceptional ownership experience.Maintain accurate CRM activity, customer information, sales opportunities, and pipeline forecasts.Participate in sales meetings, training, product demonstrations, and manufacturer events.What Makes a Successful Sales Representative Here?We're looking for someone who is competitive, personable, persistent, and genuinely enjoys selling.You don't have to come from a traditional equipment dealership. Experience in construction equipment, equipment rental, landscaping, agriculture, industrial sales, automotive, commercial vehicles, or another technical outside-sales environment can translate well.The strongest candidates will have:Proven success in outside sales, territory development, prospecting, and closing business.A strong ability to build relationships and earn customer trust.The confidence to make cold calls, walk into jobsites, ask for the business, and develop new accounts.An understanding of construction, compact equipment, landscaping, agriculture, or related industries.Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and follow-through skills.The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a larger dealership team.Comfort using CRM systems, computers, email, and other sales technology.A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.Ability to obtain and maintain a Non-CDL DOT medical card.A strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities at once.Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to build a territory - not simply manage a customer list.What You'll Have Behind You:Selling is easier when you have the right resources behind you.
