Job description

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for assembling gift boxes by placing cookies and other items according to set specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assemble gifts according to production specifications
  • Ensure pallet patterns meet packaging requirements
  • Meet quality assurance and vendor compliance standards
  • Physically stack and unstack pallets
  • Keep the shipping line stocked with product and remove completed pallets
  • Read and match SKU numbers and expiration dates to ensure correct item placement
  • Perform duties in other departments as assigned
  • Follow all SQF (Safe Quality Foods) guidelines

Physical Requirements:
  • Able to perform repetitive tasks such as walking, bending, twisting, and using hands, wrists, and arms
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs. continuously; may be required to extend product overhead occasionally
  • Able to work in varying temperatures ranging from -10ยฐF to 40ยฐF
  • Must demonstrate honest and respectful communication
