What You'll Do:
  • Manage High-Intent Leads: Handle organization-generated leads (R3-Direct Repair) with urgency and precision to drive conversion and growth.
  • Property Inspections: Perform thorough roof and property inspections on behalf of insurance carriers and provide clear, professional repair recommendations.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Own your pipeline from contract to close, ensuring consistent sales flow and high project volume.
  • Deployment Ready: Travel as needed for CAT events or market shifts. When others hesitate, you're on the move.
  • Lead Generation: When lead volume is low, you don't wait - you create opportunities through self-generation and prospecting.

What It Takes:
  • 2+ years as a Property Insurance Adjuster or 3-5 years in Insurance Restoration
  • 2-3+ years in direct sales with a track record of hitting and exceeding goals
  • Advanced skills in property damage assessment and roof inspections (8/12 pitch and above)
  • A proactive mindset with strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • The ability to adapt quickly in high-pressure, constantly shifting environments
